3 cups Puffed Rice (Khurmura)

2 boiled Potato (chopped into 1/2 inch cubes)

1 Tomato (chopped & deseeded)

1 Onion (finely chopped)

1/4 cup Bhel Sev (micro sev)

8 crispy Puri (4 crushed & 4 whole)

Red Chilli Powder

Coriander Leaves

Salt

Lemon Juice

Date & Tamarind Chutney

All these ingredients for bhel are generally available in all the Indian Stores just in case you don't find the puri you can try some Tortillas and just break them into your bhel.

Procedure to make Bhel Puri at Home:

This recipe is all about getting all the ingredients from your pantry and mixing everything.

So let's do that,

So puffed rice or khurmura put into the bowl.

Then, we are going to put in all our dry ingredients first sev, then crushed puris, we are just gonna break it into small pieces, some chopped onions, some chopped potatoes, coriander leaves, red chilli powder to taste, salt just a little bit because the chutneys also have some salt, lime juice.

We have used two kinds of chutneys the Coriander Mint Chutney and the Date and Tamarind Chutney.

Let's add the date and tamarind chutney and the coriander mint chutney.

Let's mix everything well.

Do not too much add chutney from the beginning just add as much as you need.

The taste of bhel and all the flavoring that you add-in is a very personal choice. So it's up to you whether you like it sweet you like it spicy. So you can alter it to your taste.

So, let's plate it because otherwise, it is gonna soggy very quickly.

Now, we are gonna garnish it with a little more of the sev, crash a couple of puris, some chopped tomatoes, a few coriander leaves and again a nice squeeze of some lime juice.
