Every housewife has its way to prepare it with everyday ingredients.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Coriander Leaves

1/2 cup of Mint Leaves

2 Green Chillies (chopped)

1-inch piece Ginger (chopped)

1 tbsp Peanuts

1/2 tbsp of Chaat Masala

1/2 tbsp of Cumin Seed Powder

1 tbsp of Sugar

Salt

Lemon Juice

BONUS TIP: To keep your chutney nice and green at the soul, then add the lime juice at the end.

Procedure:

  • In a blender jar, add in the coriander leaves, mint leaves, some chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, peanuts, chaat masala, cumin seed powder, sugar, salt to taste and juice of half lime.

  • If required then use minimal amounts of water to make a thick paste.
