Today I will share RECIPE OF DHANIA PUDINA CHUTNEY.
There are a few things that never go missing in my kitchen CHUTNEY OF DHANIA PUDINA is certainly one of them useful in several recipes.
This chutney is a basic easy and quick one.
This a very popular chutney in India.
Every housewife has its way to prepare it with everyday ingredients.

Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6 people
So, let's see how,
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup of Mint Leaves
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1-inch piece Ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp Peanuts
1/2 tbsp of Chaat Masala
1/2 tbsp of Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp of Sugar
Salt
Lemon Juice

BONUS TIP: To keep your chutney nice and green at the soul, then add the lime juice at the end.
Procedure:
- In a blender jar, add in the coriander leaves, mint leaves, some chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, peanuts, chaat masala, cumin seed powder, sugar, salt to taste and juice of half lime.
- It's time to grind this into a smooth paste.
- If required then use minimal amounts of water to make a thick paste.
- And this chutney is ready.


This DHANIA PUDINA CHUTNEY can be used as a spread for your Sandwiches, a dip for your dishes like Samosas, and even aside for your Parathas, Rotis, and Rice or to spread on dishes like Bhel Puri, Vada Pav, Dosas, etc.
